The design of the IT 8200 is an outstanding feature and
should not be overlooked as purely cosmetic. Opera-
tionally, its ease of use, the logical arrangement of its
individual components, including the careful manufac-
ture and selection of appropriate materials are of crucial
importance. These qualities are enduring and shape our
concept of good design to the highest standards.
Outstanding design requires a trusting relationship
between an experienced designer and the client, on the
basis of shared values and beliefs. At the same time,
good design represents the functionality and character
of an object comprehensively and coherently.
